Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, here is our return policy:

we have a 7-days return policy , which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Request a Return:

Log into your account on our website www.Itaphi.com.
Go to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
Follow the prompts to request a return authorization.

Prepare Your Return:

Include the packing slip or order confirmation email in the return package.
Use the original packaging if possible.


Ship Your Return:

Attach the provided return label to your package.
Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is free for exchanges and store credit.
For refunds to the original payment method, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds and Processing Time:

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.


Exchanges:

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and indicate that you want an exchange.
If the requested item is in stock, it will be shipped once we process your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at itaphi.designerstudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us our customer service within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exceptions/ non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products(such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in Touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

International Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for international orders.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost packages.
