Order Processing:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2 PM  will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses; please place separate orders for each address.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Itaphi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damaged or Lost Packages:

Damaged Packages: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at itaphi.designerstudio@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue.


Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at itaphi.designerstudio@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
